Early bird registration will soon be available, offering reduced rates for early registrants. We are making every effort to keep registration fees as low as possible.

If you do not wish to submit an abstract or a poster, click on the link below "Register form". If you have already submitted an abstract and have an account, click on "Login" to access your space and proceed to registration.

Registration fees (subject to change until registration opens) includes access to the conference, coffee breaks, lunch on 28 and 29 August, and gala dinner on the evening of 28 August :

Student€ 130 + 20% VAT
Early Booking (until mid July)€ 190 + 20% VAT
Late Booking€ 250 + 20% VAT

Only payment by credit card or order form is possible. If you are unable to use one of these methods, please contact us.
